Fishing within beautiful grounds, walking distance to village Position: Just half a mile from the delightful village of Malicorne with its fabulous setting on the river with its mill, 17th century chateau and 11th century church. The village has a lively centre with shops, a weekly market famous for its fine earthenware, a museum and lovely china shops. The villages and towns along the river Sarthe are an enchanting trip through history: Sablé, Juigné, Solesmes and La Flèche. Set in magnificent extensive grounds, with a south facing garden and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The enclosed swimming pool (11x5m) overlooks the woods and can be heated for 80€ per week (must be requested). A perfect spot for anyone wishing to paint or take lessons with the artist owner who lives opposite. Take a stroll along the river or through the woods or go fishing in the lake, all within the grounds.
