This restored hunting lodge is very spacious and overlooks the surrounding forest and fields. The large well equipped kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, cafetiere and toaster and a large table and opens onto the back terrace. The dining room has a fireplace and a large country style table with benches. Opening onto the front terrace and pool, the vast lounge has a fireplace, armchairs and television. The master double bedroom has en suite shower room. Separate wc. On the first floor: a double room and a large four bedded room, (extra beds on request), share a bathroom and separate wc. Cot available on request. Electricity payable locally. One large towel per person and bed linen included.

The Atlantic beaches are under an hour away. The Vouvant River and dam are ideal for keen fishers (permits available in Vouvant). Situated on a vast estate with private grounds and forest ideal for walks, bird watching and wildlife. This former hunting lodge is ideal for anyone lookng for a relaxing holiday. At the back of the house, there is a shaded terrace with a built in barbecue and garden furniture. Overlooking the fields, there is an enclosed south facing swimming pool (5X10m 22/05-30/09) with sun loungers.
