Fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, cafetiere, toaster and a heavy farm dining table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Shower room. Elegant lounge beautifully furnished with large sofa, leather sofa and satellite TV (BBC and ITV), DVD player and wood burning stove. Games room- which can also be accessed from the terrace- furnished with a cane suite, coffee table and small bar and bar stool. This recreational room also has a pool table and music centre. On the first floor: a master double bedroom, a bedroom with a large single/small double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower, WC and a separate shower cabin. On the second floor: a double bedroom and a four bedded room with a separate WC. Cot and high chair available. Electricity paid locally. Bed linen and one large towel per person included. Situated in close proximity to Niort, Poitiers, Marais Poitevin with its Natural bird reserve and Futuroscope all are well worth a day trip. La Rochelle and the Atlantic beaches are an hours drive away. Surrounded by five acres of land, ideal for walks, this comfortable house has lovely gardens.
